Two Sephardic Songs
Sephardic music derives from the folk traditions of “Sephardim” – Jews of Iberian or Middle Easter origin. The words are sung in Ladino (sometimes called “Old Spanish” which contains a mixture of Spanish, Aragonese, Catalan, Gallego, Portuguese, Hebrew and other languages and dialects. These songs contain beautiful melodies and accompaniment. Intermediate to advanced.
