Three Roses

$20.00

Many of Florence Price’s manuscripts, writings, and fragments survived after her death in 1953. Her dilapidated summer home in Chicago was being prepared for demolition more than 50 years later when three precious manuscripts were discovered. Although they were not originally assembled as a set, editors recognized that The Three Roses were more impactful as a bouquet than individual stems. In the language of flowers, yellow roses symbolize friendship, while white and red represent youthfulness and love, respectively.
