John Graham
John Graham is a guitar educator in Fairfax, Virginia, with more than 35 years of teaching experience, including 32 years directing a multi-level guitar program at Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Virginia. In 1991, he founded the Mid-Atlantic Guitar Ensemble Festival, an event that later evolved into the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Guitar Assessment. He also co-wrote the FCPS Guitar Program of Studies and has served as a guitar clinician, mentor teacher, and leader in guitar education for FCPS and beyond. Throughout his career, Mr. Graham has been dedicated to expanding opportunities for students to learn, perform, and appreciate the guitar in the school setting.
